Hi everyone!

My name is Katie and I am one of the very lucky writers for Colorful Ideas!

My interests include acting, softball, photography, writing, and more.

I have been playing softball for quite a few years and it’s where I met many of my greatest friends.

Acting is my most favorite thing in the whole entire world, but I only just started in August 2015.

Acting is such an important thing to me. When I first got up on stage I said it was the best (and most nerve-wracking) day of my life, but I don’t think I really knew how much it meant to me until I had to wait three weeks for theater class to come back.

Those had to be the longest three weeks of my LIFE.

Now, acting is one of the many beautiful reasons I get up in the morning.

I spend most of my time on my personal blog Miss Magic‘s Memoir and occasionally on the blog I founded (with the help of four other lovely girls) The Pen of the Peculiar.
